TITLE:  Understanding Usability Studies while Designing User Experiences

ABSTRACT

When conducting usability studies, how do we make the invisible visible and the intangible tangible?  Being able to eye track user experiences enables us to collect both qualitative and quantitative data. Learn how Humber College collaborates with industry in their state of the art Usability Lab Trailer while teaching students how to interpret the design insights and build critical thinking into their UX skillset.
