ABSTRACT
CIBC's Digital Client Experience department includes a team of 40+ designers that work on public-facing products such as online banking, mobile banking, marketing site, pcfinancial banking, and bank machines.  We have a small but dedicated team of user researchers that test out our design ideas across multiple platforms in our own modest usability lab.  Kalin who facilitates most of our usability tests will  give you a tour and share some research findings.

Our design and research processes are always evolving and Nuno will give you a sneak glimpse into our rapid development process for our Banking App on the Apple Watch through our collaboration with the MaRS innovation lab.

BIOS
Kalin Bhatia - is a UX Reseacher who has been running back-to-back research studies at CIBC for 3 years. He is a U of T graduate from the Industrial Engineering program and is a regular at TorCHI events. It's a great time to be a Jays fan.

Nuno Carreira -  is the Director of Banking User Experience at CIBC and provided creative direction that defines our latest online, mobile and bank machine designs.  His design aesthetic and interaction methods spring from his early education in Architecture.
