Clients are becoming increasingly more aware of the importance of thoughtful UX design solutions. Nadim Sayed has worked as a UX consultant with clients at the leading edge of their respective industries who are looking to drastically improve their customer-facing solutions. Nadim will discuss some of his recent client engagements (Have you ever wondered what it is like to be the information architect in charge of the design a major bank's tablet app? What about a major aerospace company's pilot portal?) and will underscore the importance of sound human factors theory in interface design. There is currently a dramatic shift of power within the C-Suite to the CMO - UX has never been more important - join Nadim to discuss!
