ABSTRACT: Tedde’s talk will be on Experience Thinking.  Experience Thinking is an approach based on notion that an experience in itself is of business and user value, not only the services and products that the business offers. He will cover why Experiences become more and more pervasive, how companies use this thinking in their innovations and what skills are essential for Experience Thinking initiatives.

BIO: A graduate of Radboud University, the Netherlands in Cognitive Ergonomics, Tedde has more than 19 years in experience research, testing and experience design in both public and private sectors.   Prior to co-founding Akendi, Tedde was a founding partner of Maskery & Associates in 2001. He has worked for companies including Nortel Networks, KPMG Management Consulting and Philips Design.
